Woman's Vagina is Too Tight For Sex, Decides to Sue Doctor

Red Scissors Vagina Cutting Episiotomy A married Québécois couple is suing the woman's gynecologist, claiming that he left her vagina too tight for sex after repairing a wound suffered from birthing.

Dr. Guy Bolduc of the Centre Hospitalier Université Laval (sounds pretty pretentious if you ask me) made an internal suture in the woman's vagina after noticing a tear sustained while giving birth. Prior to noticing the tear, Dr. Bolduc had performed an episiotomy, an incision made along the woman's perineum in order to ease natural tearing that occurs during birth.

If you're still not clear on what an episiotomy is, there are EXTREMELY NSFW OR IF YOU'RE EATING LASAGNA YouTube videos you can watch here.

After the procedure, Dr. Buldoc told the woman to abstain from penetrative sex for six weeks to allow time for the suture to heal, according to the Toronto Sun. According to the lawsuit filed by the couple, the plaintiff was unable to have sex for over a year after the procedure, and claims it is still painful. The woman had been treating herself with vaginal estrogen cream and vaginal dilators, which Michael Cain's daughter explains below:

The couple is seeking $300,000 in damages (I believe that's CAD, so it's not THAT much money). The woman is asking for $275,000 and her husband $75,000 for pain and suffering incurred, though the husband did note that "It was still PRETTY tough for me to fit in her prior to the procedure," adding "I have a big penis."

The good news to come out of this story is that I found out episiotomies are no longer routine or even recommended procedures, so you can relax your vagi, ladies:
